The principle of Expedition Individuation combines proven elements of military leadership training with the latest scientific approaches in adult education and psychology as well as psychological coaching. Expedition Individuation teaches high-quality skills from these areas.
The speciality here is the expedition character of the courses. Through this instrument, the specific content is conveyed, experienced and consolidated in a vivid and sustainable way. This strengthens “individuation” – i.e. the “self-development and integration of various personality traits” (definition according to Carl Gustav Jung) – and triggers transformative learning processes.
Against this background, “Expedition Individuation” can be understood not only as an expedition into the Namibian wilderness, but also as an individual journey into one’s own personality and development.
